EASY PAY SOLUTIONS.

EASY PAY is a unique software product designed to ensure the payment of patient balances even before the final balance is known. The health of your practice depends more and more on your ability to collect patient balances in a timely manner. EASY PAY makes it possible to collect the exact amount the patient owes once the final total is known. Healthcare offices will be able to collect patient balances immediately upon receiving the insurance EOB.

The software does this by securing a consent for payment on a payment card (credit or debit card) or direct draft from a checking account. The necessary consent form is created, signed by the patient, and saved securely on PCI Compliant servers. Once the exact amount is determined (usually upon receiving the EOB) the office accesses the payment information and processes the payment. An automatic receipt is sent to the patient via email and payment is deposited directly into the practices' bank account.
